Amitriptyline
- A tricyclic antidepressant used for the treatment of depression
- Acts by blocking the reuptake of both serotonin & norepinephrine neurotransmitters
- It may also be used for certain chronic and neuropathic (nerve) pain and for prevention of migraine headaches
Chlordiazepoxide
- It belongs to a class of drugs known as benzodiazepines
- Helps to reduce anxiety
- Acts on the brain and nerves to produce a calming effect
